The third chapter is devoted to the principles of construction and techniques associated with various structural elements. A large collection of realized sample projects illustrates particular building tasks with photographs and plans. The editor Astrid Zimmermann is a freelance landscape architect, and an academic assistant in the Department of landscape and building construction at the TU Berlin.
