Share Ownership gives beneficial ownership details of UK listed companies as of 31 December 2004. It considers FTSE 100 companies and investment trust shareholdings compared to other companies and includes a geograpahical breakdown of holdings, considering foreign ownership of UK listed companies. The OFFICE FOR NATIONAL STATISTICS (ONS) is the government department thatprovides UK statistical and registration services.
