Etymological dictionary of syrian flora: scientific names and their etymology arabic, english and french names

Contains the scientific names of all the plant species reported in Syria, with explanations of their entymologies, as well as the Arabic, English and French names of each. The flora of Syria comprises 3109 species, distributed among 840 genera. 102 species are endemic. 96.7% of the species also grow in other countries, particularly those of the Middle East and the editerranean. This dictionary can therefore also be used for the floras of these countries.
