This volume considers how different jurisdictions are integrated economically whilst at the same time maintaining regulatory pluralism and diversity. This critical analysis of the regulation of trade in services within the EU and the challenges that regional integration regimes are confronted with in managing regulatory pluralism discusses different approaches to the maintenance of pluralism and diversity by studying concrete examples from a variety of economicsectors.
