The 2011 report reviews global patterns of progress and the impact of environmental degradation and social inequality on the world's poor, proposing a boldnew approach to address the urgent, global problems of sustainability and equity. The UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME The UN's global development network, advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life.
