DIANE ALLENSWORTH, PHD, (editor) is Associate Director for Education Partnerships Divisionof Partnerships and Strategic Alliances, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Previously, she was Executive Director for program operations at Kids Health, Inc. a health education partner of the Centers for Disease Control andPrevention, the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, and Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta. She is professor emeritus in the Department of Allied Health Science at Kent State University and former Executive Director of the American School Health Association.
