The Team Performance Inventory determines which of the four stages of development the team is current in. Scoring software aggregates the individual results and produces a customized report that details the teams' performance and provides suggestions for future development. Optionally, and depending on the results of the Team Performance Inventory, the facilitator may work with a team on one or more of the following performance factors: Accountability; Barriers to teamwork; Change; Communication; Conflict Resolution; Trust; Decision-making; Group dynamics; Ground rules; Problem solving; Roles and responsibilities. Included in the guide are more than 30 activities. These consist of discussions, roundtables, case studies, and exercises, and everything the facilitator needs for delivering a powerful experience for teams and work groups including session objectives, facilitator notes, presentation materials, a copy of the Team Performance Inventory and participant's workbook.
