This book introduces in detail the various computational problems and methodsin molecular networks of cellular systems. The intent is to help the reader understand state-of-the-art techniques in bioinformatics and systems biology, and in particular the theory and application of molecular networks. This book contains a wide range of topics that are associated with biomolecular networks,novel computational methods and applications, including various branches of systems biology related to networks.
