Womens Contribution to F-element Science Part 2
Bunzli, Jean-Claude G.
Kauzlarich, Susan M.
Female researchers have contributed a great deal to the fields of rare earth physics and chemistry and are dispersed throughout a number of past volumes. This volume highlights women researchers to recognize and showcase their unique contributions to the field. Topics include nanophosphors for near Infrared imaging and energy conversion, luminescent and upconversion nanomaterials, molecular luminescence, radiopharmaceuticals, coordination chemistry and spectroscopy of the 4f/5f elements, magnetism, optoelectronic materials, thermoelectric materials, contrast agents for MRI, energy conversion materials, and f-element separations. These reviews will inspire and challenge the next generation of scientists by showcasing women’s contributions to the field.
