The observer guide is the assessment that an experienced observer uses to assess the facilitator. The observer attends a facilitated meeting to record observations about the performance of the facilitator being evaluated and will thentranslate these observations into ratings. The observer will also provide feedback about his/her ratings and observations to the facilitator to help the facilitator's personal improvement strategies.
