He has fifteen years of costing,process improvement and performance management experience. He designed and implemented several activity-based costing and chargeback systems for multi-billion dollar clients, driving millions of dollars to the bottom line. Prior to joining First Niagara Bank, he led several areas at National City Bank. Bahnub designed and implemented National Citys activity-based costing and chargeback.In 2004, he became the CFO of Corporate Operations and Information Services. Previously, Bahnub worked at Ernst & Young and CapGemini as a Senior Manager. Over his eight years in external consulting, he worked at several Fortune 500 financial institutions, implementing activity-based costing, process improvements and performance management projects. He began his career as a development engineer at IBM, where he co-authored four patents.
